NBLC Hosts First Annual Awards Luncheon

Leaders of the North Bay

October 2007

2007 marked the inaugural year for NBLC's signature event, the Leaders of the North Bay Awards. The event was created to showcase exemplary leadership within the North Bay region. After an overwhelming response for nomination submissions, NBLC selected five leaders to honor at the luncheon this past October at the Doubletree Hotel in Rohnert Park. NBLC wowed audiences with keynote speaker the Honorable Leon E. Panetta, former White House Chief of Staff, who set the tone and gave an inspiring address regarding the importance of leadership when sustaining quality of life. The 2007 honorees represent the best of the North Bay and serve as a reminder that we have extraordinary people and organizations whose leadership enriches the region and our lives. This community is better for their efforts and contributions to our community.
